The Iberian morcón is a sausage that is very similar to the chorizo, it simply differs in that the chorizo is stuffed into the small intestine of the pig, while the morcón is stuffed into the large intestine of 100% Iberian pigs. In addition, the Iberian meat between evenings with which the morcón is made is usually of a higher quality than those used to make the chorizos.
Without a doubt, this is an original product with a very high gastronomic value.
